You pay only 20 euros as a guarantee payment for postage and cash-on-delivery services for orders up to € 600 or 100 euros for orders up to € 800, and pay the rest for the order upon receipt of the parcel. This payment is a guarantee to cover our postage costs in case you refuse to pay for the parcel upon receipt. If you do not redeem the parcel at the post office, payment for this service cannot be returned.

For prepayment of these 20 euros, the store has a corresponding position .

1. Make your goods order  with a delivery method and payment by “cash on delivery”. Complete the order.

2.Then order separately and pay the guarantee payment of 20 euros ( 100 euros)  with a separate order with the same customer details.

3. Upon receipt your goods order by mail or from the postman, the amount of your payment will be 20 euros less.

For Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Romania we use National Bank exchange rate + 3% 

 for cash on delivery payment .

Delivery to countries not on the list and  non EU.

We are happy to send your order to countries not included in the list. To clarify the conditions, write us a message with your wish.

It should be noted that if the country is not included in our list, then when you return the goods within 14 days, postage costs will not be refunded. We will not reimburse you for the amount you spent in your country when customs clearance of the order. In addition, the amount refunded to you may be reduced by the costs incurred by us due to customs payments and clearance. Also, warranty repairs will be performed free of charge, but transportation costs are not reimbursed.
